Mark DeNatale (Partner, CVC Credit Partners), Andrew Davies (Managing Director, CVC Credit Partners) and Richard Boléat (Chairman, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd) are pleased to invite investors to a call where they will present an update on the Company's quarterly performance, and will be available to answer questions.

Whilst every effort will be made to respond to all questions, the Chairman will exercise his discretion as to which questions shall be read and responded to on the call. Questions not responded to on the call may be responded to by the Company after the call.

Although the investor conference call is principally for the current investors in the Company, other interested parties such as independent investment analysts and prospective investors are also invited to attend. Questions from current investors will be given priority. The call is not a general meeting of the company.
