Issue of Scrip Dividend Shares

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that it intends to make an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 336,017 ordinary Euro shares and 29,296 ordinary Sterling shares, to be listed on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Ordinary shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's scrip dividend alternative in respect of the dividend declared on 29 January 2019 and will rank pari-passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings in the Ordinary shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 March 2019.

Following the admission of the shares, the Company will announce updated figures for the number of shares in issue and total voting rights.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Circular.
