CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's June 2021 tender.

The number of shares by class validly tendered by shareholders in the June 2021 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the  June 2021 Tender Record Date, are included below:
