CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement released on 24 June 2021 under RNS Number 0471D, the June 2021 Share Conversion is now expected to complete on 1 July 2021, rather than 30 June 2021. The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the conversion, will be announced shortly thereafter.
