March 2018 Share Conversion

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 28 February 2018 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 1 March 2018), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Sterling Shares to Euro Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 1.157698 Euro Shares per Sterling Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 105,550 Sterling Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 122,194 Euro Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares will commence on 29 March 2018.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
