Further to the announcement made on 23 April 2018, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that the Realisation Condition for the March 2018 Tender has been satisfied and that the following tendered shares have been unconditionally accepted for purchase.

Euro Shares

Sterling Shares

The shares will be transferred into Company's name and held as treasury shares with effect from 15 May 2018.
