CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's March 2021 tender.

The number of shares by class tendered by shareholders in the March 2021 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the March 2021 Tender Record Date, are included below:

June 2021 Quarterly Tender

Please note that the June 2021 tender is subject to the approval by shareholders of the Company's annual quarterly tender circular at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 22 April 2021 (the "AGM").

Subject to this approval, and pursuant to the above confirmation, the Company hereby announces the adjusted number of shares for determining the quarterly restriction in respect of the June 2021 tender will be:

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's AGM circular and the announcement on Monday 6 April 2020 in relation to the proposed changes to the Contractual Quarterly Tender facility.
