Ordinary Share Conversion March 2017 - Update

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 February 2017 in respect of the March 2017 Ordinary Share Conversion, the Company has received a request to revoke the share conversion request for 977,013 Sterling Shares to be converted to Euro Shares, which it has agreed to accept.

As a result no share conversion will take effect on the next determined Share Conversion Date being 31 March 2017.
