The Company wishes to announce that it received the following tender applications for the quarterly tender process in respect of the March 2022 tender.

The Company also wishes to highlight the revised terms of the quarterly tender circular approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") on 6 December 2021.  Pursuant to the terms of the revised circular, tender requests which do not meet the Company's continuous holding requirement will be rejected in whole or in part.  The full terms of the quarterly tender circular are contained within the '2021 EGM Notice and Updated Tender Circular' document, available on the Company's website - https://www.ccpeol.com/ .
