CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has opted not to limit the acceptance of the number of shares tendered for purchase in respect of the Company's September 2020 tender.

The number of shares by class tendered by shareholders in the September 2020 tender and the percentage of class shares in issue represented by these tenders as at the September 2020 Tender Record Date, are included below:
