Share Conversion September 2013

The Company has received (in aggregate) the following share conversion requests from shareholders for the 21 October 2013 Share Conversion Date:

1,093,413 Euro shares to be converted to Sterling shares.

Conversions will take place as soon as practicable after the Company's month-end net asset value figure for September 2013 is released. Converting shareholders will be notified upon conversion taking place, which will be no later than 30 days after 1 October 2013 (Calculation Conversion Date).
