Voting Rights and Capital as at 25 June 2013

The announcement that was released with reference number 7776H at 8.10a.m. on 25 June 2013 contained an error relating to the total voting rights of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company"). The correct number of total voting rights in the Company is 351,222,923 and not 325,578,580 as previously stated. This announcement replaces the previous version.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

On 25 June 2013, the ordinary share capital of the Company was admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

As at 25 June 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 150,849,080 ordinary Sterling shares of £1 and 174,729,500 ordinary Euro shares of €1. Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 351,222,923.

The above figure (351,222,923) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
