The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 18 December 2015 at 13:46 under RNS No 6082J.

The Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) has been amended from 270,335,461 Sterling shares of no par value to 270,355,461 Sterling shares of no par value. All other details remain unchanged.

Further to the completion of the Placing in December 2015 share conversion today and pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 8.00am on 18 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of:

195,701,704  ordinary Euro shares of no par value

270,355,461 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 512,017,593. The Company holds the following ordinary shares in treasury:

34,303,490 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

374,472 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

The above figure (512,017,593) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
