Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

Following the announcement made by the Company on 12 December 2017 with RNS number 1253Z, the Euro and Sterling ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Company's scrip dividend alternative in respect of the dividend for the quarter ended 30 September 2017, have been listed on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and been admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange today.

The Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) now consists of:

127,327,362 ordinary Euro shares of no par value

292,450,705 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights of the ordinary Euro shares of no par value is 127,327,362 and the number of total number of voting rights of the ordinary Sterling shares of no par value is 342,167,324. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 469,494,686. The Company holds the following ordinary shares in treasury:

49,856,335 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

25,810,040 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

The above figure (469,494,686) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
