Total Voting Rights

Further to the completion of the July 2020 share conversion today and pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") notifies the market of the following:

As at 9am on 31 July 2020, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of:

130,479,004 ordinary Euro shares of no par value

231,908,562 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights of the ordinary Euro shares of no par value is 130,479,004 and of the ordinary Sterling shares of no par value is 271,333,017. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 401,812,021.

The Company will hold the following ordinary shares in treasury:

10,278,799 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

141,774,763 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

The above figure (401,812,021) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
