Appointment of Nominated Advisor and Joint Brokers
CVS, the AIM-quoted veterinary group and one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt LLP as its nominated advisor and both Peel Hunt LLP and Berenberg as its joint brokers with immediate effect.
CVS would like to thank their outgoing nominated advisor, Singer Capital Markets, for their support and advice over the past ten years.
The Company also announces the information relating to directors' disclosures pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies as set out in the Appendix below.

At the time of appointment of Richard Connell to the Board of the Company on 18 September 2007, the below disclosures were omitted: Richard Connell, Non-Executive Chairman, held the following directorships within five years of his appointment:
