CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified that earlier today, Nick Perrin (Finance Director) purchased 3,000 ordinary shares at 189 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nick Perrin is interested in 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.01 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
