Director Shareholding

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the integrated system and software design company delivering mesh based flexible wireless solutions for utility metering and lighting control, is pleased to announce that on Wednesday 5^th June 2013, two directors purchased shares in the Company as follows:-

(i)           John Read, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.6 pence per share, bringing his interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 25,892,621 being 1.00% of the current issued share capital.

(ii)          Simon Smith, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.6 pence per share, bringing his interest in the Company's current issued share capital to 24,221,424 being 0.94% of current issued share capital.
