('Cyan' or 'the Company')
Exercise of Options
Cyan Holdings plc ('Cyan' or 'the Company'), the fabless semiconductor company
specialising in the development of low powered, configurable microcontroller
chips, advises that 100,000 shares of 0.2 pence each have been issued and
allotted following the exercise of options under the EMI scheme.
Application has been made for the 100,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') of London Stock Exchange
plc. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to become effective on 22
January 2006.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options
is 85,134,814.
