CyanConnode wins Frost & Sullivan Company of the Year for the Global Smart Metering Industry

CyanConnode, a world leader in narrowband radio frequency mesh networks, has won the 2018 Company of the Year Award for the Global Smart Metering Industry. Frost & Sullivan found CyanConnode's innovation in the Smart Meter Industry highly impressive and recognised that the Company has grown from a European pioneer into a Global Leader.

The award acknowledged CyanConnode's 'path breaking' narrowband RF mesh network technologies which are self-forming and self-healing as well as its revolutionary Ominmesh platform that can manage multiple communication systems through one management control interface, thereby significantly reducing complexity and integration costs.

Gautham Gnanajothi, Global Research Director, Frost & Sullivan commented:

"CyanConnode is clearly a torchbearer in the field of narrowband radio frequency mesh networks and its visionary and unique products are likely to be disruptive to existing technologies.  Innovation excellence has catapulted CyanConnode in the technology curve, which has placed it well ahead of its competitors in terms of mesh network topologies.  CyanConnode's aspiration to have the best-in-class products through continuous innovation, gives it a distinctive edge in the global market and the Company's track record with many of the world's leading utilities confirms it's positioned as a safe pair of hands when it comes to ensuring a project's success."

John Cronin, CyanConnode Executive Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Company, its Staff and our Global Partners, I would like to thank Frost & Sullivan for recognising CyanConnode with their Company of the Year Award for the Global Smart Metering Industry.  The Company's solutions represent the next generation of communication systems which are not only simple, reliable and efficient, they also allow Customers to mix and match multiple communication systems on a single command and control platform.  CyanConnode's strong global partnerships include multiple meter manufacturers and system integrators who can support the transfer of skills to facilitate Customer ownership."
