The Company was notified by a letter dated 9 December 2005 from Dresdner
Kleinwort Wasserstein Group Limited ('Dresdner') on behalf of Allianz Cornhill
Insurance Plc ('Cornhill'), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz AG,
pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that following the purchase
of 4,500,000 shares in the Company on 8th December its interest in the Company
is 4,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.34% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
