The Company was notified on 18 January that Peter Sugarman has disposed of
8,000,000 ordinary shares on 16 and 17 January taking his interest in Cyan to
under 3%.



The Company was also notified on 18 January that on 16 and 17 January 2007,
Janice Sugarman purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares, taking her total
shareholding to 3,188,438, which represents an interest in Cyan of 3.74%.
