The Company has received notification that:

1.    INVESCO Perpetual AIM VCT Trust is interested in a total of 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company, representing a holding of 4.44 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. 

2.    Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited is interested in a total of 26,827,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company, representing a holding of 5.96% of the Company's issued share capital.

3.    AXA S.A. no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
