The Company was notified on 1 June 2009 that Morgan Stanley no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. The Company was also informed on 2 June 2009 that Tosca Asset Management LLP was interested in 48,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that Tosca Asset Management LLP also held 2,000,000 voting rights relating to contracts for differences. Therefore Tosca Asset Management LLP has voting rights over 50,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
