Notice of Results  

CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, advises that further to its announcement on 11 April 2019, it now announces a delay of a few days to the release of its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018. The delay is as a result of additional work required on new accounting standards.

As also announced at the time, the Company's 2018 revenues will significantly exceed FY 2017. CyanConnode also re-confirms that trading for the first three months in 2019 has been performing well and is in line with market expectations.
