Non-Executive Director Changes
Darktrace plc ("Darktrace") today announces that Vanessa Colomar has decided to step down as a Non-Executive Director of Darktrace with effect from 7 December, 2022. Patrick Jacob has been nominated by the Invoke shareholders and appointed as a Non-Executive director to replace Vanessa, with effect from 7 December, 2022, in accordance with the terms of the Invoke shareholder agreement dated 30 April, 2021 described in the Darktrace IPO prospectus.
Patrick Jacob is a director of Anthem Corporate Finance Limited, an independent, privately-owned financial services firm that provides financial advisory, M&A and strategic advisory services to companies worldwide which he co-founded in 2002. Prior to that Patrick spent over 15 years at Dresdner Kleinwort ultimately as Co-head and then Chair of Global Debt Origination.
