DCC completes acquisition of Shell's Oil Distribution business in Denmark

DCC plc announces that it has completed the acquisition of the trade, assets and goodwill of Shell's oil distribution business in Denmark.

Details of the transaction were set out in a DCC Stock Exchange announcement on 19 May 2009.
