RE: BROCHURE OF PARTICULARS
On 26 February 2001 DCC plc ('DCC') purchased the remaining 10% of B.M. Browne
(UK) Limited not already owned by the Group for a consideration of Stg£0.463
million. The consideration was satisfied through the issue on 28 March 2001 of
62,896 ordinary shares of EUR 0.25 each credited as fully paid, at a price of
EUR 11.75 per share.
Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing
Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish
Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to the
London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. The shares
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing fully paid ordinary shares
at the date of issue.
Copies of this announcement are available from the Registered Office of DCC
plc for fourteen days following the date of publication.
