Purchase of shares by an employee benefit trust, set up for the benefit of Mr. O'Dwyer, in accordance with the terms of the Restricted Retirement Stock arrangement, whereby an annual share award, with a value of €575,000 replaces a previous cash allowance in lieu of pension benefits.
