DCC plc
DCC plc has today received a notification dated 9 June 2003 from Bank of
Ireland Asset Management Limited, pursuant to Section 67 of the Companies
Act 1990, that Bank of Ireland Asset Management Limited has a notifiable
interest in 9,389,485 shares of €0.25 each in DCC plc, representing 10.64%
of the Company's issued share capital.
Of this holding, 8,850,040 shares are registered in the name of Bank of
Ireland Nominees Limited, 407,531 shares are registered in the name of
Nortrust Nominees and 131,914 shares are registered in the name of Citibank
Nominees, as registered owners only, on behalf of a range of clients who
are each the beneficial owner of a portion of the shareholding.
