Issued Share Capital after transaction should read 10% not 9% as previously
stated.

Notification of Transaction in Shares of Public Limited Companies
I refer to Chapter 2 of Part IV of the Companies Act 1990 which requires
disclosure of certain interests in public limited company to the Exchange.
