Re: Brochure of Particulars
A Block Listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the
UK Listing Authority for 695,355 Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.25 each to be
re-admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official
List of the UK Listing Authority, and to the London Stock Exchange for such
shares to be re-admitted to trading.
The shares being reserved under the Block Listing will be re-issued pursuant to
the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001 (previously known as the DCC plc Saving Related
Share Option Scheme).
When re-issued, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing fully paid ordinary shares at the date of re-issue.
Copies of this Announcement are available from the Company Announcements Office
in Dublin and London for two days and from the Registered Office of DCC plc for
the fourteen days following the date of publication.
This announcement has been issued through the Companies Announcement Service of
the Irish Stock Exchange.
