DCC plc announces that on 26 March 2010, 21,736 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription price paid for these shares was €12.63 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,005,059 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 5,224,345 shares held in treasury.
