DE LA RUE PLC - NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
The Company was notified on 13 February 2007, that the De La Rue Qualifying
Employee Share Ownership (the 'QUEST') on 13 February 2007 transferred 3,292
shares of 277/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options under
the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plc shares now held by
the QUEST is 173,496 (0.11% of the Company's issued share capital).
Following the above transaction Mr L M Quinn, Chief Executive and Mr S A King,
Group Finance Director, have an interest in the balance held by the Trust as
potential beneficiaries of the Trust although neither is participating in the
exercise of options referred to above.
