'In compliance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985, we write to inform you of
the new aggregate shareholding in your company held by Britannic Investment
Managers Limited.
Following the disposal of 7,125,340 shares we now have an aggregate holding of
278,344 ordinary shares (0.15%) as at 13 November 2002. This represents a
decrease in our notifiable interest from 3.81% to 0.15% of the shares in issue.'
