All resolutions proposed at the AGM held on 24 July 2008 were passed on a poll.

LISTING RULES LR 9.6.2R AND LR 9.6.3R

The Company has forwarded to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority two copies of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting.
