2022 Annual Report Posting Date
The Company announced last week (on 6 September) that the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts and related documents would be mailed to registered shareholders on the Monday, 19 September 2022. However, as this day is being marked as a Bank Holiday in the UK, the Company wishes to advise shareholders that we now expect to mail all documentation on Tuesday 20 September 2022.
At the same time, and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of all these documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing.
The 2022 Annual Report and Accounts is already available to view and download from the Company's investor website.
