                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for 5,824 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Of these Ordinary
Shares 2,824 are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options in respect of
the SAYE scheme and 3,000 are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
unapproved share options.

Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 4 January
2005.
