The Company was informed on 20 June 2006 that Mr M Annice, the Managing Director
of Dales Pharmaceuticals, a division of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, has today
exercised SAYE options over 14,538 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 39 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Mr Annice's beneficial interest is 610,872 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 1.18 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
