                             Director Shareholding


The Company has today been informed that Mr S D Evans, a director of the
Company, yesterday exercised SAYE options over 7,641 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Share') at an exercise price of £1.24 per share. Following this
transaction, Mr Evans' beneficial interest has increased to 756,772 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 1.43 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
