Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Peter Graham, a PDMR of the Company, yesterday exercised unapproved share options over 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The options had an exercise price of £0.585 per share and were subsequently sold on the London Stock Market for £4.45 each.

Following this transaction, Peter Graham's beneficial interest has remained at 45,920 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.07% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
