PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 7 December 2011 that Zoe Goulding, a PDMR of the Company, has today exercised SAYE options over 1,119 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £3.43 per share.

Following this transaction, Zoe Goulding's beneficial interest stands at 2,490 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
