Defined Capital Return Fund Limited (the "Company")

Following the General Meeting of the Company, which was held on 3 November 2009, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.  

The Special Resolutions that were passed are as detailed below:

Resolution 1	To appoint the Liquidators and wind up the Company.
Resolution 2	To grant the Liquidators certain powers.
