                                AGM Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held this morning, all resolutions
offered for shareholder approval were passed.

Commenting on the performance and outlook for Dickinson Legg, Chairman, Barry
Stevenson said:

'Overall the Group's businesses continue to perform in line with our
expectations at the time of announcing the preliminary results. Dickinson Legg
have recently been awarded several significant contracts already included in our
projections but the markets we operate in continue to be highly competitive and
demand remains generally weak.'
