DICKINSON LEGG GROUP PLC
AGM Statement
'Trading in the first half of the year is expected to be in line with market
expectations. However, the volume of machine orders for tobacco processing and
specialist drying equipment has been lower than expected, which will result in
performance in the second half being below current market expectations.
The Company continues to have a number of quality prospects for Dickinson Legg
Ltd and Spooner Industries Ltd but generally customers are taking longer to
conclude their investment decisions and competition remains fierce for the
available business.'
