DICKINSON LEGG GROUP PLC


Mr Robert G Davis is appointed Non-Executive Director of Dickinson Legg Group
plc with effect from 1st September 2003.  Mr Davis, 55, is a graduate engineer
with extensive management experience in international engineering businesses.
He is currently Managing Director of Kliklok Woodman International Limited and a
director of Lerner Burgess Packaging Machinery Limited.

No further information should be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (f)
of the AIM Rules in respect of this appointment.
