● Deliveroo appoints Dominique Reiniche and Karen Jones as Non-Executive Directors

Deliveroo today announces the appointment of Dominique Reiniche and Karen Jones to its Board as Non-Executive Directors.
Dominique will join Deliveroo's Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director and as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees. She has extensive experience in consumer marketing and innovation in the European food and drink industry, as well as other consumer-facing sectors, including as CEO of Coca-Cola Europe previously. Dominique also has expertise in the technology industry as a current Non-Executive Director of PayPal Luxembourg, amongst other non-executive roles.
Karen will join Deliveroo's Board of Directors as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. She brings a wealth of experience in the restaurant, food and hospitality sectors, previously as the founder of Cafe Rouge and CEO of Spirit Group, and currently as the Chair of Hawksmoor and Mowgli, and Executive Chair of Prezzo. Karen also has strong expertise of executive remuneration having previously chaired the remuneration committees of ASOS Plc and Booker Plc.
Dominique will commence her appointment on 1st May, while Karen will join the Board on 1st June.
