DELTEX MEDICAL GROUP PLC (the 'Company')
ADDITIONAL LISTING
As outlined in the Supplementary Prospectus dated 1 November 2001 relating to
the Company's placing and admission to AIM, the Company granted to Beeson
Gregory Limited ('Beeson Gregory') as its Nominated Adviser and Broker an
option, exercisable up to 7 December 2001, to acquire up to 3,000,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('New Ordinary Shares') at 25p per
share (the 'Over Allotment and Offer Option'). The Company announces that on
6 December 2001 Beeson Gregory exercised the Over Allotment and Offer Option
in respect of 1,240,258 New Ordinary Shares, which are expected to be
delivered to Beeson Gregory by 12 December 2001. Application has been made
for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is
expected to become effective on 13 December 2001.
