Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that certain of
its current and former employees have acquired 126,811 ordinary shares at a
price of 1 pence per ordinary share as the result of the exercise of options
under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.


Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading on AlM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of
the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 8 June 2005.


Following this exercise of options there will be 69,702,922 shares in issue.
