The following replaces the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released
today at 15:05 under RNS number 6180M. The previous announcement excluded the
date that dealings are expected to commence. Dealings are expected to commence
on 29 November 2006 .

                            Directors' Shareholdings





Deltex Medical Group plc ('Deltex Medical' or the 'Company'), the UK's leading
haemodynamic monitoring company, announces that it has today issued a total of
369,812 new ordinary shares in the Company to certain non-executive directors
and certain advisors to the Company at a price of 18.50 pence per share.



The five non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieu
of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company.  In
addition certain of the Company's advisors have elected to take shares in lieu
of cash payment for their services to the Company.



Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.  The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of
the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 29 November 2006.
Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 80,057,125
ordinary shares in issue.



Following this issue, the directors' beneficial interests are as follows:
